* The Loan Amount: Depending of the location, and the type the property our lenders will provide a loan amount between 70% to 50% of the appraisal value of the property.
If you are a US citizen, or permanent residence we can facilitate financing for properties we are selling in the Dominican Republic, with similar requirements as if you were financing in the state.

We mainly provide financing for properties located in main tourist destinations; and properties that we have already identified and that we are selling in the Dominican Republic.

3. If Employed (Employee):
Provide Prof of Employment and Income:
- Last Two (2) Years of Personal Tax Returns.
- Last Two (2) Pay Stubs.
- Copy of Last Three (3) Months of Bank Statements
- Name, Telephone, Email of person who can verify your current job (human resources).

B) All the documents are analyzed
C) Formalize the Sales Contract between Buyer and the Seller in Dominican Republic. Provide Copy of Checks and/or Transfers Given to the Seller as down payment for the property.
D) Complete the Processing and Underwriting of the loan
E) Loan Approval and closing of the loan
* The Loan for properties in the Dominican Republic will be provided via a private lender/investor portfolio loan.
* The Loan Amount will be between 50% to 60% of the purchase price of the property.
